Testimonials

Laura D Crowder

"The first glimmer of hope in a really long and awful journey trying to get care for my husband. Dr. Arene listened attentively and took the time to hear input from both my husband and myself. She formulated a course of treatment and discussed it with us so that we understood her rationale and her client-centered and science-based plan. Also, the office staff were kind and personable. I am so very grateful! Update: well, that didn't last...money, money, money and wait times, missed appointments with no notice, no followup or follow through; very disappointing"

"Im am currently a patient of Dr Arene. Due to the weather, sub freezing conditions,v I asked if I could pick up my prescription before the next snow fall and more bad weather. My car will not start if it drops down below freezing. I asked to pick up three days early. I just keep getting the run around. They staff is down right hostile. I can only pray to God that I make it through this. My gas won't work and im out of wood."

Leslie

"This PM office, and all who work there, gave me quality of life when I had all but given up. To make a long story short, Dr. Arene and her staff treat me with compassion and a level of professionalism not seen often. They are also very much aware that patients with chronic pain and other illnesses have a harder time doing what others take for granted ; I needed to see a surgeon they recommended and they all but filled out all necessary paperwork for me! All I had to do was go to the appointment. Not only are they superior medically, but they are also pleasant to work with. Not necessary but a huge bonus! Because of their work and care I now can get out of the house and do things I thought I could never do again. God bless...."

"The best. Thank you Dr Arene. I read what people wrote under me. Don't judge people without knowing everything about them. We have to much of that these days. Also if you come there doing stuff you are not supposed to. Stop expecting things after you break the rules. Don't listen to any negative on Dr Arene. She actually cares about her patients and makes sure they are on the right path. And I don't say good things about someone unless I really feel the good in people."

Kathy

"I trust Dr. Arene with my life. She is dedicated, talented, highly skilled, and caring! Have any of those who have given a one star rating considered that this Specialist isn't only diagnosing each patient and writing a prescriptions? She is performing procedures that require a very experienced and skilled hand. In addition, she may be evaluating the effectiveness of the procedure done at your last visit, diagnosing any additional problems that may have come up and developing a plan to address those problems. Then there is the extensive documentation immediately done after these procedures. The type of specialty she is practicing takes time. I do agree I've seen alot of employee turnover. "Do not go to this woman! She is unprofessional and is consistently late to appointments. When my mother had a stroke and we were referred to go to her, she would show up late, sometimes by an hour, and we'd have to wait another hour to be seen because of the rest that were before us. The last time we went, she came in looking disheveled and the first thing she asked was if anyone brought any donuts and coffee... There were other things she did medically that stopped us from going back, but unfortunately I cannot post that."

Susan Gentry

"I waited for 2 hours for an injection and then was told that "she" had to leave. Not sure what emergency a pain specialist could have! Dr. Arene is very compassionate when you can see her. I had a negative experience with the PA who calls in prescriptions. His attitude is accusatory concerning medications."

"I was scheduled for my initial appointment at 11:30am. It's now 1:25pm and there are still two people ahead of me. Not sure why they'd schedule so poorly. Definitely will not recommend. Will also let the provider that referred me to this place know that they should consider recommending another clinic to their patients."
