"Don't EVER EVER go there. There was a massage therapist, Kim. He violated the code completely. The management team took his side. Kim chased me around 4 months or so, ignoring their policy. He insisted to massage me every time I go there. That cannot happen. They have 4 massage therapists. I complained multiple times. The receptionist, Stellar at the desk, laughed, never fully realizing what the problem is. Kim never got any real warning, walking around with loud voice, etc. Still persisted coming to my table, asked me to have a coffee. Touched my palm, palm to plam while I was lying down on my stomach. Touched my entire back with two hands from my neck to hip. Not massage related at all. It felt SO insulting. Eventually, after constantly complaining through emails and texts for many days, the management scheduled a meeting which went 15 minutes or so. They told me they need to listen Kim's side!!! GOD. Speechless. Even after all this, I still went there expecting an improvement, requested a separate room with a female massage therapist. STILL THE MASSAGE THERAPIST got no real warning! I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO FIGHT AGAINST ALL THIS, ALONE. After all this, when I got there, knowing all this situation, office worker Stellar discussed KIM about how he wants to assign me a massage therapist, knowing I am there. Hearing all this, I got mad and left room. Said one line "I will go" wanted to escape the scene. She came after me. Called her manager? Not letting me go, grew the argument bigger. Yelled at me. They don't realize what harassment is. At all. She threathened the manager she will quit her job in front of me. They say it is hard to find an employee. OK. What management team needs to do? Protecting their clients? She said I had to give them an explanation to leave the office? Otherwise I am selfish?? Even in front of her manager, no one is really getting the office under control! So they take their employee's side. Stellar was the one I complained to 2 times before reporting this to management, which took days becasue no one really responded. They attempt to mark false attendance, upcharged services? I had to go through all these manipulations. After reporting my complaints, they want you to just leave. I first thought people are nice there. Some are at the extreme ignorance. I am talking about how they handle when things happen, when employees violate a serious code. MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, VERBALLY. THIS IS FAR BEYOND THE LIMIT."
