Office reception staff could be a little warmer, as initial impressions are important; however, not so bad it turns you away, and Dr. Cota certainly makes you feel welcomed. I'm holding onto that last and final star for my first maintenance appointment. "Arrived 2 minutes late to my appointment. As a first time patient I completed all the required paperwork prior however there was an hour wait before seeing the doctor. On the way out I noticed a sign enforcing a strict late arrival policy... go figure. On the other hand the doctor was nice and I had a level of appreciation for him as he had an intern working with him that day.
