"I arrived at ATI to start PT for a painful shoulder.Was greeted by pleasant young therapist to fill out forms etc. My assigned Therapist, Molly had read up on why I was there and she questioned me further as she massaged and exercised the shoulder and arm. More exercises were given and lastly, heat was applied. Felt pretty good when I left. My opinion was that all these employees were very professional, yet friendly and practiced great cleanliness by thoroughly cleaning everything after each patient leaves.
