"If I had the option to give no stars, I would. I made an appointment last night on Zocdoc for my partner and today I called to confirm it. When I call the receptionist gets on the phone and I said hi, I'm calling to confirm my boyfriend's doctor appointment. She gets all high rate and says I just called you and left you a voicemail to inform you that we do not take that insurance. I proceed to say what do you mean you don't take the insurance it says that on Zocdoc so if that's the case, please cancel the appointment but also correct it on Zocdoc. She wants to go back back-and-forth swearing that they do not take our insurance. The call got disconnected so I went to Zocdoc to make sure that they don't take the insurance which they in fact they do. I called back and spoke to another reception this time who transferred me to the same lady I spoke to before. I proceed to inform her that she should have asked me who I was calling about before assuming that I'm the patient whose insurance they do not take. She wants to continue being argumentative, trying to prove a point which in fact she was incorrect. I explained to her what she did was wrong because I worked at a medical office before and that's no type of customer service but it seemed like she didn't care. Then I call back and click another button to see if I can get in touch with the manager, but apparently all managers, supervisors and doctors are in a meeting all morning so I couldn't speak to no one. And that lady that answered the phone was nothing better. She kept interrupting me and just brushing me off. They are very nasty and unprofessional there. They don't let you speak because they're too busy trying to get a point across or not even trying to service you. No wonder they only have two stars. I will never book with them or recommend them to anyone. This was an annoying experience. Technically, we dodged a bullet by not going there. Stay away!"

"The pain management doctor was very nice. Next visit I made the apt with the surgeon who is working with the clinic. After waiting 2h I left without seeing him, that place is very backed up and disorganized. Waiting room is shared with few other clinics so it gets crowded. I do not recommend, I'm looking for another surgeon."

"I saw Dr. Patwary in westbury office on September 30 2024 for first time, he put injection on my hand because my ring finger after my accident on July 10 was noum pain (no movement my hand,) the first doctor waits my time with no results but I'm glad I change to real professional doctor Patwary now I see in Elmhurst office. Thanks I feel better, I need your help with my body doctor also Patricia the receptionist was very kind."
