"I had an outstanding experience at the NovaCare Rehabilitation Center in Silver Spring. MD. The staff and physical theraphists were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and truly committed to my recovery. As a 75 year-old triathlete, my physical activities require repetitive motions, as such; two years ago my right rotator cuff was injured, and this past year, it was my left rotator cuff. On both occassions, I appreciated the physical theraphists who listened to my concerns and goals and developed a personal treatment plan, which significantly improved my range of motion, and strengthened my muscles in both arms. In addition, they guided me in doing my PT exercises, showing the proper form regarding workouts so as not to reinjure myself. My right arm healed 100 percent, and my left arm (still in treatment) has healed 95 percent, with expectations of a full recovery. As a result of their care and attention to my specific needs, my overall quality of life has been greatly enhanced. I have signed up for the 2026 19-week triathlon training, intending to complete my fifth triathlon this year. "This is a great clinic in a very convenient location as it is metro accessible and has plenty of parking. The clinic is clean, well maintained, and spacious. I have been treated here for knee pain and back pain. Both times the PTs and PTAs were incredibly friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave easy to follow exercises that I was able to do at home and at work. I am now pain free (praise God!), and back to doing what I enjoy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy."
