"I went to see Dr. Ethan after an accident in 2023. I am an older person and obviously never realized how uncomfortable I really was. When he began doing chiropractic work on me including decompression, stem wave and "Hugo" I could not believe how good I could really feel. "I'm 84. I had a bad fall last September that was diagnosed as plantar fasciitis and caused me intense pain in my right foot. Despite following medical advice for the next month, the pain in my heel and arch increased to the point where I could hardly walk--or sleep. A family member referred me to Dr Joseph Ethen and his Elite Wellness practice in Wilmette. What a great facility and staff. I came for one-hour treatment session twice a week for a total of 14 sessions. I also did home exercises and wore a soft boot while sleeping which prevented my right toes from curling and kept my arch extended which, I was told, would promote healing.
