He and his team were attentive at every step of the way, communicating speedily with me whenever I had a question or request. What meant the most to me was his kind personal regard for me, from the thorough explanation of every phase at our first meeting to phone check-ins and in-hospital visits to reassure me before and after the operation. "Doctor is running an hour behind. And is strict about checking in on time. So while I will wait patiently, other patients aren't so happy and want to come back in a little bit. Not a great start to a patient/doctor relationship. I am still looking forward to being treated by this doctor as it is the same doctor that took care of my primary care doctor's knee when she needed surgery. I will update my review after the appointment. Was brought back at 55 minutes past my appointment. Actual appointment did not take long, but he was thorough with me. Arthritic advancement in my knee but surgery unnecessary. He prescribed physical therapy with taping. Many surgeons want to cut cut cut but this one actually considered what my body actually needed."
