"Always an exceptional experience with Dr. Tulia! She combines expertise with genuine care, attentively listening and making me feel truly seen and respected. As a woman of color, finding a healthcare professional who is empathetic and understanding can be challenging, but Dr. Tulia excels in every way. I'm so glad to be under her care."

"Dr. Tulia is a great functional doctor. She listens to all my needs, and she helped me find alternative ways of improving my health without a bunch of pills. She uses food as medicine, and I highly recommend her and she does other stuff too. You have to check her out, plus her staff"

"I live in the neighborhood and Sanctuary caught my eye after passing by and seeing people taking yoga inside. They offer a wide range of services (acupuncture, bodywork, yoga, functional medicine) with tiered pricing in an effort to make this care more accessible. I had never seen this before. Between that and my amazing bodywork service with Veronica, I will definitely be back soon to support this important small business."

"Tulia was kind and professional through and through. She provided the time and space for me to share all of my information and to review my intake. The Sanctuary space is beautiful and calming. The community and staff provide an inviting environment. I look forward to returning and working with her again. It was a refreshing experience to work with someone who took the time and actually listened to what I had to say. Very grateful for this wellness center!!"

"I've been walking past Sanctuary Health on the way to the gym for years and I was very excited to try their services. I initially went in for cupping, which went well. Veronica and I discussed my back pain and she had a lot of insight into what was causing the pain and what we could do to treat it. She recommended I come back for a massage and more cupping. I returned in 3 weeks for a 60 minute massage with cupping. I arrived at noon for my appointment. Of course I waited a couple of minutes for Veronica to come get me. We went back and discussed what had been going on in the last 3 weeks. She told me the game plan for the massage. I'm not exactly sure the time we started the massage, but obviously it was not at 12. I have no complaints about the massage itself. When we did the cupping, she did sit down. She didn't do any massage during that time. I was just shocked when she told me we were done. It seemed like the time went by very quickly. When she left the room and I looked at the time, it was only 12:50. Honestly I think my total massage time was 30 minutes. I was so confused. I thought maybe I did something wrong or offended her in some way, but I didn't say a word the entire time. The reason I'm giving Sanctuary Health 3 stars is because their fees are on a sliding scale which makes services more accessible to people with lower incomes."

"I've suffered from hormonal migraines for years, and dealing with stress from work and current event didn't help. Before coming to Sanctuary Health I tried various types of pain relievers for migraines. None worked. Instead, I found my body developing adverse symptoms which were really scary. I decided to give acupuncture a try. It has been life changing! Jada has been so lovely to work with. Along with with acupuncture I have gotten cupping and herbal tea (which really helped me with my migraines). This has been the best migraine free menstrual cycle I have ever had. Little to no PMS, no migraines, so cramping! I highly recommend!"

"Jasmine was so pinpoint on my issue areas I fired all of my former masseuse. I don't plan on letting anyone else do my bodywork. See you every two weeks Sanctuary Health."

Antonio Lightfoot

"Body work massage by Jasmine: Top tier. I should have booked a nap afterwards because I did not want to get up after she was done."
