Testimonials

Jessica Li

"I've been seeing Dr. Fred for the past four years for acupuncture, physical therapy, and Chinese medicine, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I've seen noticeable improvements in my health across all the services he offers. Dr. Fred is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and patient, always taking the time to address my concerns thoroughly. I have an autoimmune condition, and thanks to his customized herbal medications and regular acupuncture treatments, my symptoms have been kept well under control. His treatments have made a real difference in my overall well-being. Dr. Fred and his staff are extremely professional, kind, and skilled at what they do. The clinic is always clean and welcoming, making each visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the care and attention I've received and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fred to anyone seeking holistic and effective treatment."

"I get physical therapy here because of my lack of lower body mobility from my office job. I saw a difference within a couple weeks. Bedside Manner & Customer Experience is relatively nice despite the language and cultural barrier. Therapy is higher quality and I've tried PT in Manhattan, Prospect Park and Williamsburg in Brooklyn. For my use case, therapy consists of muscle stimulation through electric shock therapy, a couple rounds of massage, assisted stretching and workouts. Transportation is lacking, mainly accessible by bus for me since I live in Bay Ridge but the D and N trains are nearby. Parking is nonexistent here, only was forced to drive here once and wouldn't do it again Financial costs - can't really comment because my insurance subsidizes majority of it. They also offer acupuncture, herbs, and chiropractic services, but I haven't tried any of them. Overall, I would recommend to others!"

"I've had acupuncture from Dr. Tsai. He's helped me with my sciatica and piriformis issues. He is very knowledgeable while also having a very nice bedside mannerism. Appointments are easy to schedule and the office workers are all very nice. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Tsai."
