Kudos to them for listening and responding. ORIGINAL POST: The quality of service was very inconsistent. I had an ok experience and there are some good people here. I decided to cancel my membership and was reminded I still had 3 appointments I had already paid for. When I came in to use them I was told I had cancelled my membership and I had nothing anymore. When I told them I had 3 remaining, I was then told they could locate 1. I decided not to argue and just leave this honest review. I don't recommend."

"Dr. Victor is truly amazing. During my first visit, he took the time to genuinely listen and understand exactly how I was feeling and where my pain was coming from. He carefully listened for about 10 minutes and then applied his techniques thoughtfully, focusing first on reducing my pain. I was very impressed with his approach. He explained everything clearly and worked on both relieving the pain and strengthening my muscles. He also gave me very helpful stretching exercises to do before bed and in the morning, which have already made a noticeable difference in relieving my pain. Since my job involves a lot of sitting, he also recommended taking breaks every two hours to stretch, which I really appreciated. Overall, my first experience with Dr. Victor--after Dr. Fish--was fantastic. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. If you are visiting the Mount Prospect Joint Chiropractic location, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Victor. He is available there on Fridays and Saturdays, and on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Glen Ellyn location. Thank you, Dr. Victor, for listening, understanding my concerns, and helping reduce my pain during the very first visit. I look forward to continuing treatment with you to further improve my lower back pain and strengthen my muscles."

"This place is amazing, yesterday was my first day and the doctor who treated me was very kind, I felt relieved immediately. Today I also came with Dr. Trujillo and he helped me a lot, I already feel better, less pain. The secretary is very friendly and the best of all is the price. It is affordable."

"This is my new location since the Northbrook location closed which was great and much closer. Dr Fish is out here a couple days and since I like consistency I will try and be out here on his days, but I am sure the other Dr's are equally qualified. I like the way The Joint sets thing's up and will continue to be a client here."

"I've been coming here for a few months now. Lately it's been always packed with people waiting. I wait at least 20-30 minutes each time. They usually only have 1 doctor. Also, I've noticed every time I have been going here lately while waiting my allergies get really bad. I'm allergic to DUST and MOLD. I don't see any air purifiers in the clinic. It seems that Schaumburg location got shut down so that might be why this location has been so too busy. I love the doctors here. They work hard and do an amazing job every time. Would not recommend overall."

"Great place, good doctor and helpful receptionist. I recommend these people They fixed my lumbar back problem and I can walk without pain. Just did a follow-up visit and feel great afterwards "
