"Very poor communication from staff regarding insurance approvals and appointments. Had 4 different conversations to try and get them being proactive with the process because they were disrupting my sons recovery and not putting the patients needs first. It did not get rectified so I requested a call from a patient advocate for help 3 different times via their customer service reps. I never received a call from the patient advocate team either. It doesn't seem like ATI is patient oriented at as not one person i encountered focused on what was best for my sons recovery. You recieve a different explanation or communication each time from each employee and appearantly their patient advocate team doesn't care either. Our surgeon even told us at our last follow up that he wasn't surprised, and apologized to us for being recommended by Rush to go there!"

The whole therapy team were friendly, engaging, and coaching by keeping me active and correcting my form. My posture and flexibility is even better than before my injury."

"I've been to the Yorkville ATI for therapy a number of times over the last few years. I can't say enough about the staff! They are all great and I always left there feeling much better! There is only one negative I have to include here. There has been no update to the interior these past years and while doing different therapy you can feel and see the years of use on the walls. It needs a good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. A fresh and bright looking environment also effects physical therapy outcomes."
