Testimonials
"My first visit with Dr Mark Schinsky went very well. Very little wait time from check in until check out. All staff was great. Dr. Schinsky took the time to explain X-rays and next steps in a clear and concise manner. It was so nice not being shuffled out saying there's nothing they can do for me! Highly recommend"
"I had my two-week post-op appointment with James Schneider, and I can't say enough about how kind and thorough he was. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable with every detail of my recovery. He was very professional and patient throughout the entire visit. I also really appreciate how efficient the office is -- I never had to wait long for anything. Overall, an excellent experience and outstanding care."
"I had a difficult experience at my first visit. I wasn't given clear instructions about what to do next. I waited about 30 minutes without anyone confirming I was checked in, collecting my insurance, or letting me know I needed to return to the desk. When I went back up to ask, I was told I should have come up earlier. I explained that I didn't realize that was required, and the interaction unfortunately escalated. The hispanic gentleman was rude and spoken to me in a raised and argumentative tone, which was upsetting, especially as a new patient who was already unsure of the process. I told him I no longer wanted to engage and he kept yelling. It was very traumatizing and I do not want to go back after being yelled at in front of everyone. Another staff member later apologized and mentioned there had been confusion with the new system, which I appreciated."
"Everything is good about this practice except the financial policy. They charge $5500 for "additional services that insurance may not cover". The codes listed on the proposal that AHI believes won't be paid by insurance indicate the robotic portions of the surgery, which many other practices bundle as part of the surgery. If you have an extra $5500 and think that AHI adds that much value over and above other places, then it is the place for you."
"Very nice and friendly made me feel comfortable Amanda was great. It made me feel at ease and I can tell she know her stuff and that made me feel good so I decided to do my therapy there."
"It's been ten years since my hip replacement surgery and I feel great! Dr. Domb and his team are top notch in my opinion, always get service with a smile and a friendly team. I met with nurse practitioner Darcy Steel today and she was very helpful during my check up."
"Alli is very knowledgeable and has a communication style, direct, honest, empathetic, that is greatly appreciated. She listened closely to what I had to say and fixed issues with AHI partners! She was genuine in assisting with a speedy, effective recovery,"
"Allison took her time to explain everything as detailed as I was comfortable. She's very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. She helped calm my anxiety. Great experience."
