"Deserves zero stars. The PAs at Mount Sinai Queens have been immensely negligent with my health. I was recently in the emergency room three times for fecal impaction, unable to make a bowel movement which is affecting my heart, my breathing, and even my solitary kidney. They sent me home in a critical condition, and have been negligent not only this year 2026 but a handful of years prior. My health has declined and continues to because of the incompetence of the PAs at Mount Sinai. I was begging to see a REAL doctor when I went in with a 151/101 blood pressure and the nurses gave me an attitude saying how I just came to the ER and have to wait. Where they also would not help me to the restroom although I kept telling them I'm in pain and dizzy. Only one nurse Diana was kind and professional. I'm now home in very poor health even though I followed up with so called specialists who also don't give a damn. I will just have to make sure my family knows every detail of my suffering by being ignored by specialists and especially Mount Sinai hospital PAs negligence, in case they would need to proceed with legal action. Because sending me home with fecal impaction unable to make a bowel movement which is now going to be the 6th day, is inhumane and my health is getting worse. In case of an emergency this hospital is unfortunately the nearest to me, but the worst in NYC."
"Horrible place to be if you need medical attention or help. I'm very open with the hospitals because of the amount of stress the job entails but this has to be the worst hospital I ever been at. My son had a suffered a knee injury and needed medical attention. As of making this post, we waited 5 hours for something that could've been done in 30 mins. My son was in constant pain, and the PA he was assigned lied about not needing to give my son strong pain meds because she was too busy doing other stuff. When they did give pain meds, it was Tylenol, which did nothing. Eventually, we were discharged, but we need to return because they couldn't do an mri for walk-ins. I even heard the nurses complaining about getting insufficient training to handle their duties, one said she didn't even know how to discharge patients and the others AGREED. Overall, not a great hospital or even a good one. If u need medical help, let my situation be a lesson to go anywhere in Astoria but HERE."
"My mom was treated for a Foot infection. She has the best experience possible during her stay. The nurses and doctors all took care of her. The attention they gave my mom is exceptional. It's never good to be in the hospital but when you receive the care and support, it makes the stay very positive. Thank you to all the personnel at Mount Sinai Queens"
