"Despite the appointment confirmation for a visco injection, and we already checked-in online ,beside the phone confirmation on December 5, we were scheduled to see Dr. Nolan Hornor in Oak Brook on December 8. My mother was in pain at the time.I took a full day off work and drove more than 45 minutes each way. My elderly mother came to the office while suffering, only to be told upon arrival that the injection was out of stock. I did not escalate the issue at the time, understanding that mistakes can happen. We were promised a follow-up call on Friday, December 12, but no one contacted us. I have been the one repeatedly following up just to confirm that the appointment is valid and that the injection will be available. This reflects a lack of communication and coordination. I would like to know whether this is considered acceptable and how this issue will be addressed going forward and what the reason behind all of this !! . Today I have another appointment and I called them to know if everything ok ,they promised to call me back and nothing done. what kind of service is this !? I never encountered the same !!!!!!!!"

"If i could give zero stars i would but the front desk girl is the only thing giving them a 1 star. Had the best healthcare provider attitude & this is coming from someone who works in healthcare/customer service. They are always behind, lack accountability and get upset and want you to leave when a patient advocates for themselves. Need a better structured system in place than going to a hospital and then their office not taking into account the inconvenience that places on patients when they are hours delayed and lack empathy and understanding and accountability. Refused to even give me discharge papers but had me sit to be "seen" just to call security and waste my time and make me even later for work which i told them up front was my main concern when i had everything planned out perfectly and they delayed me"
