Testimonials

Heather

"My provider is an absolute godsend! She genuinely cares about her patients pain and what we go through every day. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the inability to contact the office directly as they have a call center that handles all their calls. There is an office manager I can contact by email in emergencies though. (By the way, the office manager is sweet as can be, so nice!)"

"I would give this place a 5 but unfortunately the only reason I'm giving a score of 2 is because Krystal who works at the front desk at the Dundalk location. She appears to have issues and she was trying to rub her stank off on me. Let me tell you.. to start, when leaving my visit the front desk schedules my next month visit at that time. I informed Krystal that I was going on vacation for a week next month so I would like to see my doctor prior to leaving for my vacation so I could have my medication during my trip. She informed me that my doctor had absolute no availability prior to me leaving for my vacation. I informed her I could come in anytime that whole month up until I leave for vacation and guess what... she scheduled me on the third day into my week vacation and I informed her I would not be able to attend that day because I would be in Florida, she told me that was the only day my doctor was available and she could not change that date. I complied and thought to myself I will just call the call center to schedule my appointment. So that's what I did, the call center was more than helpful and friendly. They asked me what day I would like to come in and I explained any day prior to my vacation week they said no problem and that my doctor had plenty of availability. Then they put me on hold and came back and said "do you know why there would be a block on your appointment, we can't change it until they lift the block ". I said I have no idea why she would put a block on my appointment and why she would schedule me on that date if my doctor had plenty of availability. The call center said let me call them to see what's going on. They called the Dundalk location and the block was removed after they had to call to see why they would put a block on my appointment in the first place. The call center was never informed on why she would have put a block on my appointment but it was lifted. The call center informed me that my appointment was scheduled on a day prior to me leaving for Florida. I don't appreciate Krystal first off lying to me telling me my doctor had no availability for the whole month... that was a lie, then second she put a block on my appointment so the call center couldn't change my appointment day without calling there to ask them to lift the block.. All of her stank rubbing off on the clients is very off putting to me. I've have always been friendly and nice to all staff and for her to lie to me, schedule me on a day I would be in Florida and put a block on my scheduled appointment day (that I couldn't attend in the first place) and to have me stressed out over not being able to attend my next appointment and or not have my prescribed medication while on vacation was all unnecessary. The childish behavior from Krystal is very off putting and unsettling. She obviously has issues she needs to deal with and to not let her unknown bias rub off on the clients because other then that I don't have anything bad to say about Choice Pain as a whole. Get rid of Krystal and I'm sure you guys will have a lot more 5 stars, she's a liability."

"I went to Choice Pain and was finally listened to. With two bad hips. Two bad knees and a bad back Dr. Abraham was the first doctor to show compassion. I had injections in both of my knees and I have to have a hip replacement surgery. The staff is friendly and happy. They're also helpful to me. I love this practice. I feel welcomed and cared for and about. Thank You All For Being Compassionate."
