Unlike other places I have been to, it is truly one on one, not three other clients at the same time. I love that personal attention and having no downtime waiting for instructions. Johanna is so knowledgeable and caring in her treatments and she has been working with me on my balance and mobility issues. Her exercises are unique and ones that I have never been introduced to till my sessions with her. She has a sixth sense about when I need to rest and works on a different body part while my legs are resting. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her.
