"Dr. Banou is fantastic. Unlike other Chiropractors I have been to, she takes the time to know the patient on both a professional and personal level. She does not send assistants in to do her work for her. She performs the treatments herself. When I go see Dr. Banou, she will talk to me for a few minutes, check my posture, test my movements, execute the treatment, and ensure that everything is done correctly before sending me on my way. She is also very prompt and time-conscious, not making me wait, and getting me out of the office in a timely manner. Dr. Banou has also helped to alleviate most of my neck pain; and she has also increased my movement and fluidity. Parking kinda sucks, but if you live in NW DC, this is the place to go."
