"She was very condescending and disrespectful when talking to my mother about her plan of care. She also would not let her speak and kept cutting her off. This behavior was witnessed by the nurse, nursing student, and medical doctor on her team. She was one of my mother's providers after her spinal surgery at South Shore University Hospital. She also went to remove the staples in her back and did not see 6 of them. It was a nursing student that checked to see if there were anymore left. It was a great catch by Samantha, the nursing student. For someone who speaks so highly of themselves and looks down on their patients, how do you miss the removal of all the staples in a patients incision? Hanan Soliman-Lee needs to learn some bedside manners and respect for her patients."
