I chose this doctor because he was easy to talk and was concern over my condition. as far as my prescriptions, he explained everything about the medication side effects of it, which a lot of physicians do not do which I really appreciated that. The facility itself is very clean.The employees there were extremely polite. also, you're not sitting there half day waiting to see the doctor."

"First time I had a wonderful experience from scheduling to treatment. Everyone is professional in their own capacity. Most especially, Dr. Hamer knows what she is doing, and is considerate to her patients. She knew exactly what the patient needed and she explained the procedure and treatment plan with ease and knowledge. The receptionist was very accommodating and understanding. Ms. Sandy understood the urgency of a mom's schedule during pick up time. The two technical assistants seem to be too personal to each other joking that they stressing out while they are preparing a needle for vaccination. Enough to worry for an aching patient if their attitude and mood would manifest negatively in the preparation of vaccination. Good thing, Dr. Hamer was on top of everything and administered the vaccination painless. The follow up needs to be a bit more respectful, not sounding that they are rushing the patient to immediately undergo epidural just right after having trigger points injection. They knew that the patient would be out of the country for a month and still would give schedule in conflict of the arrival and blaming the doctor of not putting it on record despite being told first hand that the patient is out of the country. I think this part can be improved professionally in the future when giving a follow up call to their patient. Having said this, still overall impressed with the competence and professionalism and being courteous of Dr. Hamer. 11 over 10! Highly recommended."
