"My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Chu's for 8 years -- since she was born! Dr Chu has always been available and supportive during this time, even when we have gone through more challenging parts of my daughter's care, including surgeries, etc. When I can reach the office directly, the staff is helpful! However, I do agree that sometimes you end up in a call tree being shuffled from person to person which can be frustrating."

The lady told me it is because they are busy, you're telling me you are busy with a patient for this amount of time? All I wanted to figure out is what was going on with my sister's appointment. This isn't the first time they do this."
