Testimonials
"Amy Bell is a miracle worker! We have had an incredible experience working with Amy Bell while rehabbing gymnastics-related injuries for our teenage daughters. She truly understands the demands of the sport and the unique physical and mental challenges teenage athletes face. Her approach is thoughtful, encouraging, and highly knowledgeable, with a strong focus on proper mechanics, strength, and safe return to sport. She also had great communication with our pediatric orthopedic. My daughters felt supported, confident, and motivated throughout the process, and we saw real progress without feeling rushed. We are so grateful for Amy's expertise and would highly recommend them to any gymnast or young athlete needing exceptional care. We love Athletico & Amy Bell!!!"
"I wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience with Kimberly at Athletico-Northwest. After I broke my elbow, I required occupational therapy and was fortunate enough to start working with Kimberly. From the very first session, she made me feel safe and supported, which was incredibly reassuring during a challenging time. Kimberly's approach to therapy is nothing short of amazing. She has an exceptional ability to put her clients at ease and help them work on their strength and confidence throughout the healing process. I have worked with other OTs before, but Kimberly truly stands out as the most incredible therapist I have ever encountered. Her clients are indeed lucky to be treated by someone as skilled and compassionate as she is. I genuinely looked forward to every appointment with Kimberly. She never pushed me too hard or asked too much of me, which made the recovery process much more manageable. One of Kimberly's strongest skills is her communication. She not only provides clear and effective instructions but also listens and adjusts her approach based on her clients' needs. Thanks to Kimberly's guidance and treatment, my recovery progressed much quicker than I had anticipated. I was able to return to the volleyball court within just six weeks of my surgery, and I owe this remarkable achievement to Kimberly's ability to motivate, encourage, and support me through this journey. She truly has a gift for healing both the body and soul. If you need occupational therapy, I highly recommend Kimberly at Athletico-Northwest. She is incredible, and I am confident that others will have just as positive an experience as I did."
"I love my OT Kimberly! She's the best and she has helped my recovery in so many ways. She is an asset. I'm really lucky to have found her. The other staff are also generally pleasant. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars to this office is because of how confusing the billing system is, especially the disconnect between online and in-person payments, and everything became very aggressive after January 1st. I understand that deductibles reset at the beginning of a new year, but patients don't know about new policies or what is "usual" for physical therapy offices unless you tell them. I assume this confusing setup and aggressive pressure comes from the management, and it really puts a damper on an otherwise positive experience."
"I was ordered to start physical therapy regarding Balance and gate. My first appointment at Athletico I was introduced to my therapist Steffi. My first Session was a little rocky but through Steffi's patients, I completed it. At the completion Of my therapy there was definitely a great improvement thanks to Steffi. I graduated with honors. The staff are friendly and responsive to your needs. Thank you, Athletico for a great experience."
"I had 3 months of PT for total knee replacement beginning late July. Steffi Manalo was my therapist, and she was excellent. She was very clear about the purposes of the individual exercises and their role in the recovery trajectory. She was also understanding and kind about the difficulties I was facing at various stages, but was always gently moving things forward. She made effective use of the supplementary staff, who were uniformly helpful. All and all a great experience."
"I love Athletico! This has been my second time going! The staff is super sweet, very professional, very knowledgeable, and super friendly! They are also very encouraging but also push you in a healthy and encouraging way! John was my physical therapist! He was very nice and always checked in with how I was doing. Along with pushing me and encouraging me to get stronger!"
"Amy B is the best. My daughter started out with her for a back injury then now tore her ACL, meniscus etc and now is back working with Amy. My daughter is a gymnast and the fact that Amy did college gymnastics she can relate to the daily struggles of being out injured/ surgery. Amy is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and truly cares about her patients. Can not thank her enough."
"Our daughter broke her arm and we were referred here. Amy and Brian have helped her so much and are so good with kids. They are great communicators, both with us and our daughter's coaches. They make PT fun for her, even when it's hard work."
