"A hidden gem for sure -- I love McNerney & Associates! They have been so helpful to my elderly mom and her ongoing balance issues and for me after an unexpected fall last year. It is so nice that each therapist has a private room. The gym & equipment are shared of course, but there's never a wait. The therapists are hands-on and are with the patient from start to finish for every appointment to insure milestones are being met & symptoms re-evaluated. Joann, Kelly & Terri - thank you for always making us feel welcome, & Jessica, thank you for taking such great care of my mom!"

"An amazing PT practice! The best I have ever been to in my 73 years (and I've been to a few!)! The only practice I have been to with no PT assistants / tecs. Rather, my PT spends the entire session with me, and does not hand me off to an assistant to do icing, heat, the gym exercises, etc. My PT fies it all. And as for my PT, Michelle Jeram is absolutely wonderful!! Knowledgable, thoughtful, hands on, and a truly gifted and amazing person!! I owe my life to her, per my serious and debilitating low back pain starting in Jan. 2023, my spine surgery 10 months ago, and my post-surgical care. She is a truly a wizard, and so much fun to do PT with. My now- weekly PT session with her is one of the major highlights of my week, each week!!"

"In the last 15 years I have been to three different physical therapy companies, and McNerney & Associates was by far the best. Instead of a gym like environment where you are doing a set of prescribed exercises with a brief visit by a physical therapist during your visit, at McNerney you receive a full 45 minutes with your therapist who works with you every time you come in. Dylan Marks was my therapist who treated me after a knee replacement. He was as sharp as a whip. The staff, the services and the equipment were the best I have experienced. He's always reading up and going to workshops to learn the best and newest techniques, and he's absolutely helped me function better and work towards my health goals."

"The therapists are wonderful here. They understand your pain level and make sure that you are comfortable with their therapy techniques. They get the job done with compassion. However, the Office staff is not so wonderful, including the Office Manager. I have had problems with timely billings, no one answering the telephone during normal business hours, no one being able to get paperwork done for therapy visits, no one taking responsiblity for the office staff and work. It's very frustrating because the therapists are WONDERFUL. The rest not so much."
