"I had to take my 19 month old son to this ER after a scary episode of vomiting and high fever. As a mother I was worried about my son, and scared about what was going on. We were triaged quickly by Sherri and Alexis. I guess we were lucky because our wait was brief. Alexis brought us back to a room and made sure we were comfortable. Our nurse, Arianna, was wonderful. She made a glove-balloon to cheer my son up, and played Ms Rachel on her phone to distract him during the not-so-fun medication administration, and was overall very sweet with him. Our provider, Dr. Matson, was extremely warm and thorough with my son's exam. I felt both the nurse and doctor had wonderful bedside manner and were clearly in the jobs they were meant for-helping sick people. While in the ER, my son did get sick on my sweatshirt, leaving me just in a t-shirt on a cold Dec night. As we were leaving, Alexis called after me to see if I needed a blanket. This was a sweet gesture that I really appreciated. I'm very happy with the care we received."
"So...this is a review that i had trouble writing. And it's not because of the property or the Drs or Nurses that work there. FYI The Drs and Nurses are wonderful and caring. I couldnt be happier with how they treated my family. 100% respect to them. The facility was clean and they kept us updated on how our family member was doing. The issue is with the non medical staff that sit behind these windows and do whatever they do. Theyre not mean theyre not rude but theyre minds not there. I mean you would think that when you see someone waiting for 14 hours youd maybe say something to update the family and AT LEAST REMEMBER THE PATIENTS NAME after 6 questions mentioning the patients name. It's like they have no short term memory!! That was extremely frustrating and the same kinda robot with aphantasia. It's disappointing by ng but hey ya cant have everything. I think a computer screen that lets you look up the name and find the updated status. Maybe theyll do that."
"I am scheduled for back surgery. The overnight nurse woke me up before he left shift after I told him I be in extreme pain in the morning. I was ringing the bell, for 2 hours no one showed. Them Kinella some young very nasty speaking nurse showed up. Very aggressive while I'm in extreme pain. Then all my meds changed find out she the charge nurse. So I kindly asked to go to another floor. I didn't feel safe. When they see I was seriously following through she stared hidden her name tag. So hours late I'm still waiting minding my business. So another big huge staff comes to talk. I told her I don't wanna talk. So she said she was calling security cuz I ain't wanna talk. Now I am finally moved an my kids can't come visit me because, why I don't know. I has to be retaliation for me complaining. I am in this room scared for my life. No one will help. What can I do????"
