Testimonials

"I have been a patient of Dr. Dinh's for two years. She has performed spinal epidurals, cervical epidurals, a genicular nerve ablation, and other injections for me. She is professional, competent, kind, and affable: I felt extremely safe in her hands. She often made time in her schedule for a last minute pain problem. Additionally, she also went to bat for me with my health insurance company. I cannot recommend her highly enough."

"As a former patient my experience wasn't as pleasant as it should've been. She took the place of my previous doctor who started his own office some where a little too far for me, he was a good doctor. She is very dismissive, she showed no concern and knew very little of my medical history. Then she mentioned cutting off some of my medications. When I tried to give some background, she cut me off. I guess she just didn't care to have a conversation with me, but when a person's health is the topic of discussion a conversation is required before you leave with your own notions about the patient and their concern/condition. When I asked for a solution for those medications she plans on cutting off or even an alternative, she gave no answer. As I explained further how I would be in chronic pain without some sort of long-term solution/alternative, again no answer. I've even told her life-long chronic pain is a side effect if no solution/alternatives are available. This is mentioned in my medical report. It felt like I was talking to a robot. In my opinion a pain management doctor, who treats anyone with a long-term condition should look for a way to solve the issue before cutting a patients medications completely off this way the problem would be fixed. NO ONE WANTS TO BE IN PAIN. Even if she doesn't care at least do a proper job and actually fix the problem before altering or tampering with managing it so this wouldn't result in the person suffering severely with problematic continuous pain without any improvement to look forward to. A patient shouldn't have to worry about things like this. Believe me if this could be cured and I wouldn't need to manage it, I would be the first one asked for it. I wish there was a more permanent fix too, then I would no longer require assistance in managing this pain. I've repeatedly asked if there was any permanent solution or something if you plan on discontinuing/altering my pain management, but received no answer to my questions. I wish more doctors actually cared."
