"I went there today, no waiting. The two assistants at the reception couldn't have been nicer. The office is super high tech and exceptionally clean. After completing an intake form that was easy to complete and understand, I was taken into a consultation room. The doctor was very clear in her explanation about the procedure that she was going to preform. She explained the risks and benefits. She brought up images on a large monitor to discuss. We couldn't be more satisfied with our encounter with Dr. Shah and her staff!"

"Read updated information: Update, I'm fair and open minded as a person , Dr. Shah personally contacted me and to be fair I did waste a lot of unnecessary time on this, it's frustrating. That Dr. Shah personally reached out to me shows me she cares . She is an excellent Dr. with a good bedside manner and deserves another chance. I'm now confident future experiences with her staff will be better I would have given zero stars if possible, Dr. Shah is a fine Dr. but her office is rude, unprofessional and make her practice unworthy of my time. Recently I asked her office to help me fill out paperwork for FMLA, a chronic pain condition I have. Never have encountered such uncaring and unprofessional desk staff. I literally wasted 2 paid sick days and numerous phone calls which no one even bothered to return. I was simply attempting to ascertain if they can assist with filling this paper work out. I'm actually tempted to file an official complaint with the state, I'm floored that a staff could be this rude and incompetent, Dr. Shah you have a huge administrative / staff problem"

"Dr Shah has been treating me for over 2 years. She is highly professional, and always comes up with the best pain treatments. Her staff is extraordinary too--caring and attentive. I'm also pleased that the reception desk knows me; they are warm and friendly despite being busy. Today the office called me @8:00a about a cancellation enabling me to get my procedure a week before my scheduled date. This level of empathy is not often found in today's world of big medicine"
