Testimonials
"I've been coming to WLS&S for about 7-8 months now, and I truly have nothing but great things to say. I originally found them after I was in a car accident and needed to switch chiropractors, as the clinic I had been going to was going through a lot of changes. That's when I found West Loop Spine and Stability--and I'm so glad I did. From the very beginning, Christina was incredibly helpful in navigating the insurance process with the other driver's insurance company. She was extremely sympathetic to how complicated and frustrating PI cases can be and guided me through every step. Beyond that, she also went above and beyond by helping me when it came time to enroll in a new health insurance plan for the upcoming year - she explained exactly what questions I should be asking to ensure my services would be covered. Her knowledge of insurance is truly impressive. She is also, overall, just very eager to help, which I totally appreciate. My chiropractor, Dr. Jesse, is also fantastic. He's the first chiropractor I've had who genuinely made me feel like more than just another patient. Not only does he perform adjustments, but he also takes the time to massage and work on the areas of my back that are causing the most pain, which has made a huge difference in my care."
"I'm not sure where to begin. Tristyn has been nothing short of a miracle worker. I had suffered from chronic back and nerve pain for 18 months. I was treated by a different chiropractor for months with no improvement. I was then treated with massage therapy and an acupuncturist with no improvement. I tried yoga with no improvement. I eventually was treated by a spine specialist at Northwestern. Two radio frequency ablations later, I was still in chronic pain. I was then told to see a pain specialist at the UofC. I was given a steroid injection into my lower spine with no improvement. I finally decided to find a counselor to help me learn to live with the pain. I could not believe this had become my life. I was living a fraction of my life. Prior to the pain starting, I was a very active person. Three and a half weeks ago I had my first appointment at Chicago spine and Stability. Tristyn was phenomenal from my first visit. He sat with me and patiently explained exactly what was going on with my spine. He answered all my questions and developed a plan. His knowledge and expertise are beyond impressive. I have only been seeing him for three and a half weeks and my life has drastically changed for the better. I wasn't kidding when I called him a miracle worker. I actually cried on the way home today after our visit because it had been so long since I have been pain free. I still have work to do, but Tristyn has made it so that I can see the end of this horribly painful journey. I have laughed, smiled, danced in my kitchen and experienced more joy in the last few weeks than I have in eighteen months. I highly highly recommend Tristyn."
"I've had bad experiences with Chiropractors in the past. This experience was top tier from the front desk check in to treatment. The receptionist covered everything in detail with my insurance coverage and what treatments are offered. Dr. Neena made me feel comfortable and diagnosed all my needs. I will be a life long patient."
"Neena is truly exceptional at what she does. Her tissue work (normally never seen during a chiro visit even) goes far beyond what you'd expect--even compared to most chiropractors. She recently helped me identify and address an issue with my subscapularis and lat muscles, and the relief was immediate and lasting. What makes Neena stand out is the time and care she invests in each session. She doesn't rush; she listens, observes, and works with incredible intuition. Some things simply can't be taught, and Neena has a natural talent that's rare to find. She's deeply committed to her clients' well-being and treats the body holistically. Every visit feels personalized and purposeful. If you're looking for someone who truly understands the body and brings both skill and heart to their work, Neena is the one."
"Really awesome first visit experience! I feel like my symptoms and areas of concern were really understood and felt relief in just my first session. I would walk by the office all the time and wish I had made the decision to try West Loop Spine and Stability out way sooner."
"Dr Eric was kind, quick, and able to easily assess and help with my back and shoulder pain- highly recommend!! Front desk help was top-notch, too"
"First time using them. They rock. Excellent service. Dr Neena knew immediately what my issues where and went to work. Highly recommend them. Everyone is so friendly."
"Nina was absolutely amazing! She was kind, approachable and definitely knows what she's talking about! I feel better after my first visit. I'm looking forward to completing the treatment plan!"
