"Definitely recommend this PT practice. I made a full recovery from my shoulder injury in the expected amount of time. The facility is very clean and everyone working here is friendly and capable. My therapist was Francis. He's highly experienced/skilled and was good about answering questions about what to expect and where I was in my recovery process. Scheduling is reasonable, you just have to book your sessions a week ahead. They emphasize massage/manual therapy here more than some other places, which is what I was looking for. Convenient location to Atlantic Barclays. I also appreciated that they run more or less on schedule and you can book all your sessions with the same therapist for continuity (although they sometimes sub for vacations, sick days etc.)"

"Francis is fantastic at what he does and also a super fun hang! He is a pro and had me back in shape post-surgery ahead of schedule and feeling great again. He's also honest and puts the patient first. All the staff at Optimum are well-trained and super friendly! Highly recommend !!"

"I've been to 2 other physical therapy places, this is my third and these guys basically cured me. Everyone that works here is kind, personable, hard working and just on their game. From Ana at reception to Francis and Matilda and everyone else on the team, including those who have to fight my insurance on a weekly basis to approve more therapy visits bc health first is the worst - everyone is on their A game. It also has a local vibe vs the other sterile corporate chain options in the neighborhood. Go here. You're welcome."
