"Arthritis and Pain Associates of PG,laurel truly have the best professional staff as well as the doctors,Dr.Lowe along with Dr.K is by far the most dedicated, professional ,caring and knowledgeable doctors besides my primary care physician I have ever had, she really listens to my concerns, explaining what next steps that would take place, I come in to the office in serious pain but I leave at ease after my injection .The front desk are pleasant ,quick to sign you in,and schedule my next appointment and the MA'S are wonderful in what they do, listing my concerns, to see the doctor promptly, this facility at laurel is the only office I would recommend to all my family and friends or associates with arthritis issues. "This office Dr. April Lowe and her assistant Angel are Amazing. They Care for their patients. You need to see these two angels to get to know how caring and good they are. All staff are nice. I love them all.Highly recomended. Only thing is the front staff Trina is not good at all. She doesn't know basic approach to patients.No Smile, No thank you, No Sorry . She is Very Dry and Rude. 5 times different unpleasant attitudes.Anytime I called she tried to get rid of me and in the middle of leaving message she hung up in me and even when she calls and leaves a message she drops the phone so loud."
