Testimonials
"My experience was mostly with Britta and a couple times with Danielle. I attribute the success of my healing to the care I received at Phoenix. Deb always worked hard to juggle the schedule to accommodate my needs in spite of the compelling patient load and acuity. Their practice is busy but I never felt ignored nor neglected. My needs and safety were always addressed. This is a very friendly, competent, and caring healing practice. I felt lucky to find them."
"With physical therapy being an activity that has to be frequent and consistent, it's important to have a good relationship with the therapist you have to visit. This was most certainly the case with Miss Cathy. Miss Sue at the front desk is extremely efficient and easy to work with when trying to accommodate your schedule, as well. I definitely recommend them to anyone."
"I liked seeing Ms. Kathy for physical therapy. She always made comforting & funny references, but most importantly-I feel 100% better & comfortable now. It's almost like I'm a new & improved person! I can't thank her enough for her help & last minute email answers she's given me. She also really believes in you getting better. She's so nice!"
"I would like to share feedback regarding my repeated interactions with the front desk. While the medical care itself has been convenient, the communication experience (particularly over the phone) has been consistently negative. The receptionist, Deb, often communicates in a tone that feels dismissive, impatient, and at times unnecessarily abrupt, even when I am making straightforward requests. What stands out most is that this is not an isolated incident, but a pattern. Simple interactions frequently feel tense or uncomfortable, and it often seems as though basic questions or requests are treated as an inconvenience. Attempts to clarify or address prior interactions have not led to resolution, and at times have felt contradictory. This ongoing experience has significantly impacted my overall impression of the office. What was once a place I would have recommended has become somewhere I now use solely for convenience, and I am actively considering transferring my care elsewhere. I am sharing this in the hope that it brings awareness to how communication at the front desk is affecting patient experience."
"My physical therapist, Ellen, and Danielle were both excellent! They were patient, gave me lots of encouragement and most of all they cured my knee problem. They gave me exceptional care and I am very grateful for their help."
"Britta and Danielle were simply terrific before and after my total hip replacement. Can't say enuf about their level of skill. Debbie at the front desk is also delightful. I am launched!!"
"Wow, if you want the best, Phoenix PT is the place to go. They have outstanding therapists, many with specialty training. All work well together. I have utilized their services for over 12 years for various situations."
"Finally found a great Physical Therapist! Ellen and her team at Phoenix is the best! Her attention to detail and caring approach really make a difference. If I ever need physical therapy again, I'll definitely be coming back here. Everyone was very kind and professional--highly recommend!"
