"Frank and Rebecca are my rescue team. I trust Frank completely, he never just treats, he treats and educates. I am an active person and don't always do all the things I should and that leads to back pain. What makes Frank stand out is that he takes the time to understand my daily routine (work and play). He then not only provides immediate improvement or relieve, he explains and educates why I have the issue and what I should do outside his office to avoid this. "I first saw Dr. Frank for a hamstring injury. I had gone to a few physical therapists and it wasn't helping. Karim suggested I see Dr. Frank. He helped me with the pain immediately. During my first visit, he took the time to explain exactly where the pain was coming from and what the treatment was doing to alleviate the pain. He also asked me all kinds of questions to better understand my lifestyle, what kind of workouts I do at the gym, etc. He gave me great advice, telling me that I should wear a backpack instead of the heavy bags I was carrying (I even brought him two different backpacks and he did a fitting to let me know which one was going to better and how to wear it properly). Dr. Frank also helped me with the gym and told me that I shouldn't walk on the treadmill (and why) and that the elliptical would be so much better for me - and he was right! Dr. Frank is an outstanding chiropractor. He is excellent at diagnosing what is wrong and he finds the right treatment to get results. Dr. Frank is also focused on prevention and solutions. He takes the time to recommend specific exercises and why they are important. I recently started seeing him once a week for exercise therapy. It has been helping me tremendously. He understands where I need to build strength and comes up with a customized exercise program to achieve this goal. Since I have been seeing him, I feel so much stronger. Dr. Frank is very smart and his depth of knowledge about the musculoskeletal system is extensive. He is professional and really has a gift of explaining what is going on in the body and why.
