Fortify Physical Therapy

"Fortify is only physical therapist I have ever been to that has taken the time to educate and train me to reduce reoccurring injuries. Other physical therapists are way too comfortable patching the same injuries over and over which can be frustrating for an athlete. Fortify's approach is the exact opposite. Their practice is dedicated to making sure that you understand the why and how of all of your injuries so you can focus on improvement. I was given cues and exercises to improve overall function and strengthen my mechanics to prevent many issues that I have been suffering through for years as a runner. I am happy to say that I am pain/injury free. I will never go to another PT in the future now that this is my baseline for care. Do yourself a favor, chose progress over frustration and give Fortify a try."
