The day of surgery, they were attentive, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and did everything they could to make her comfortable, especially when dealing with a major repair. They were timely during every follow up appointment, taking their time & being extremely detailed with their exams, advice, & concerns. We never felt like we weren't able to get an appointment at a convenient time or location, and we were never rushed out the door.
