"If I had to rate just the doctors, this would be a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, I've had such awful experiences with both physical therapy and billing that I will never return. I have waited up to 20 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged in the P.T. room. For my evaluation and follow up visits, the language barrier was a huge problem and so frustrating that I discontinued treatment early. When I finally received a bill, I discovered that I was charged $260 for each session that involved routine stretching, and I was handed off to an assistant for half of the time. The billing was a nightmare. I made literally 6 phone calls, trying to get the billing department to resubmit a claim for a visit that coincided with my new Cobra plan. I was told repeatedly that they would resubmit the denied claim; on the 5th call I was told they could not resubmit a claim (supposedly confirmed that with their supervisor.) On the 6th call, the gentlemen said it was easy to resubmit a claim and he would take care of it right away, and he did. I received a text on a weekend that I would be sent to collections if I didn't pay my balance immediately. I hadn't even received an EOB or statement yet; the statement arrived 2 days later. Great doctors, but the rest of the experience has been so stressful and frustrating that I will never go back."
