"Definitely would recommend this practice if you are able to talk to the right people within the office. I've worked in the medical field for many years myself so I can tell good offices/caring staff from ones that really don't care and this office staff is great! I called a few weeks ago and was initially told the first available wasn't for a few weeks. I explained how much pain my mom was in and then I was told about a waitlist. I didn't expect to get a call right away but within 5-10 minutes I got a call from the office manager Renee. She said she could get my mom in that same day if I was interested. My mom was in a lot of pain so of course I was so happy they could see her that day. Most offices don't want to add someone same day if they can avoid it but not this one. Renee not only helped my mom get an appt same day, she helped us when we were there to be seen as well. My mom and I loved her! She was very sweet and really seamed to care. She even helped my mom on the bed table so she could be more comfortable while waiting for the doctor to come in. Then we met Dr. Matveev. He was so detailed oriented w/ a great bedside manner. At first I was nervous about the reviews seeing long wait times. Since my mom is older and has no patience at her age lol but we didn't have to wait but 5 mins before the doctor came in. He was very knowledgeable as well so don't let his young looking age fool you. He definitely knows his field. I can't go with my mom to every visit so its comforting to know she is in good hands if I am not able to be there.
