Inova Physical Therapy - Springfield

"I called during business hours. The Inova tele-robot answered and placed me on hold. 10 minutes went by before someone answered. The woman's speech was not very coherent. I told her what type of treatment I need and that I'd like to make an appointment. I gave her all my information to get registered. This took five minutes. No problem. However, when it came time to look at available appointments, she told me they don't do the type of treatment I need at this location. 15 minutes wasted."

"It is been about two months my mom is under physical therapy treatment. Mrs. Cassidy And Mrs. Alysia are her therapist. Long story short, these 2 therapist are always in my mom's blessing prayers.I hope them all the best!"

"Very efficient management at front desk. As for the PT staff, they are across the board "the best" Ive had numerous orthopedic injuries over the last decade. "Gosh im old" The staff here is awesome. They are busy all day long with patients but there commitment to each patient is always 100 percent"

"I had a right knee replacement. My physical therapist, Michael Tolerico, worked with me to recover my mobility in a relatively short period of time. He was very supportive from day one and made sure I was able to schedule therapy on a regular basis. Not only did he show me the proper way to do my exercises, but he also gave me handouts of the exercises we were doing with pictures, descriptions, number of reps and length of time so I could do them at home on the days between visits. I was pleased with the whole process and will be requesting Michael's help again when I have my left knee replaced in December."

At three weeks post wire removal, I still had pain, swelling, and stiffness, but every concern I shared was brushed off with "it looks fine to me." "I recently visited the INOVA Physical Therapy Center in Springfield. The staff was efficient, friendly and effective. Scheduling was easy and appointments began and ended on time. I received excellent care from several of the physical therapy staff and met my goals in a reasonable time period. Upon completing my therapy, I felt stronger with a plan to continue exercising so as to maintain my progress. Compared to other physical therapy offices I have used in the past, the staff at INOVA provided much better therapy and long range help. I would highly recommend this facility. This is an update to my previous review. I recently finished PT for a different issue. It has been 2 years since I was last at the Springfield location and the office and staff are just as efficient and accommodating as before. I had the same therapist as before, Michael, and received the same professional, positive and knowledgeable treatment as my first visit. Both times I've completed therapy I felt as though I had made progress and had a plan going forward. The office staff is friendly and very helpful with all aspects of the job from making appointments to rescheduling to billing questions. I have recommended the Springfield location to friends and family."
