"My first appointment was on August 20. Went back August 21, to review the x-rays and see about a treatment plan only to sit in a room for 30 minutes. They provided me two options, through insurance or out of pocket. Both more than I could afford. So I declined. Prior to leaving, I asked if I owed anything for my appointments - waited and then someone charged me $279 for Chiropractic Care Appts with no details. Cigna's EOB says my service for August 20 was only $100. Cigna has nothing from August 21. I have called September 1, September 3, September 9, September 19 and October 15, only to be told someone will call me back when the Billing person is in the office. I have shown up in the office only to be told, I will write this down and they will follow up with you. How many times do we have to do this same song and dance?"

"Nice atmosphere, everyone greets the customer when they enter the building. Qualified staffing. Everywhere you look theirs a doctor, everything you may need the get your body up and running."

"This was my first visit and I was very impressed! I was acknowledged immediately upon arrival. The people there were chatting like friends. It felt more like a community verses a pain management clinic. I was given a tour by Heaven which was a very nice touch. I was then greeted by a doctor that took my xrays and explained how they treated their patients at the facility. I was then escorted to the therapy space where I met the doctor in charge. He was also very friendly, Dr. Vaught. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I went in expecting to get a cortisone shot and came out feeling like I wouldn't need it anymore.
