"I gave the woman at reception the (perhaps im biased) incredibly relevant feedback that the self check- in screen is poorly placed because whoever is sitting in the first two chairs of the waiting room can see the screen and patient input containing sensitive information (full name, email, DOB, last four digits of social security number). She said "i know but there is nothing we can do because of the wires" and that "people shouldn't be looking at other peoples screens". I would hope a place would take the privacy of their patients more seriously because in the end, the people who want to do harm don't care about the wire or about whether or not one "should" stare at the screen while other people are checking in. ps the chairs of the waiting room are all more than 1ft apart. they could be pushed to one side. What a tragedy apathy is."

"I made an appointment 3 times at this location. All of them had to be cancelled (while waiting for over a month) and re-scheduled due to the therapist either being sick and "something came up" due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist apathetically apologized about the constant cancellations. I expressed my frustration in a diplomatic manner to the receptionist, who gave generic responses and became defensive at one point."

"Be aware that if you are a NYU employee using their health insurance, the UHC Langone copay waiver does not apply. Depending on your coverage expect a 200+ bill two months after your last appointment. This office specifically bills it this way: instead of an office setting where it would be covered they enter themselves as outpatient HOSPITAL. Additionally, these services are going to be covered by your "Habilitative Services - Physical therapy" benefits. They can be found under "Coverage & Benefits" if you need to recall them. These services are covered with a $40 copay per session with no deductible. So that means is even if you have not met the deductible yet this service would still be covered with a $40 copay per session. I feel like they knew all these things and still pushed me to have more appointments than I needed. From a care perspective I waited almost an hour my first visit and was rushed out in every subsequent visit. Super strange. I will never go here if I need any sort of similar care."
