"I'm very disappointed with my experience today. I arrived for a scheduled appointment, which I received a reminder text for, only to be told I was not on the books. I was told they would try to squeeze me in, so I waited for 30 minutes, but was ultimately informed they could not see me. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution. This was extremely frustrating and a poor customer experience."
