They treat you like one of their own. On my first visit, I had my feet assessed on a machine, which showed the pressure on each foot while standing. This assessment then creates a specialized foot insert for your shoes to improve your posture. There are complementary water bottles and coffee."

"I had a great experience at About Concept Chiropractic with Dr. Hegazi. I initially went in to inquire about PRP/PRFP treatment for a shoulder injury, and from the very beginning he was fantastic. Dr. Hegazi took the time to explain everything in detail--the potential benefits, the drawbacks, what the treatment could help with, and just as importantly, what it could not do. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. There was absolutely no pressure, just clear, educational guidance so I could make an informed decision. I decided during the visit to move forward and give PRP a shot.
