Testimonials
"Dr. Jaycox has been my pain management physician for many years. To speak about bedside manner; it's on full display with him whether you're at the clinic for a surgical procedure or you're there for a follow-up appointment. I have never felt rushed when speaking with him. He listens and answers questions fully regarding the results of any test that were required and next steps in his treatment plan. I am fully confident in his abilities as a service provider."
"Dr. Jaycox is very knowledgeable and explained my injury and potential treatment indepthly but easy to understand. He took his time to answer all the questions my husband and I asked. I feel very confident with his treatment suggestion and scheduled the procedure ASAP. He has a fantastic personality, very warm and congenial and humorous. I was nervous up until the appointment and he made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!"
"This is such an omnipotent doctor, as his area of expertise is delivered with those hands of an artist. Yet, it is true of his very amazing staff in all that they do. My severe pain was a daily factor, as I had not had any control since April of 2025. I finally am able to feel the oxygen in all my days of living. I'm so very thrilled knowing that I'm in such knowledgeable hands."
"My doctor was retiring and I had to choose another doctor in the practice. I had had a couple of interactions with Dr. Jaycox over the years that I have been at the practice and instantly liked his energy and responsiveness. There was no choice for me, Dr. Jaycox is now my pain doctor and I am very pleased. As many chronic pain patients know, having a doctor that you can trust, that trusts you, and that you can communicate well with is no small thing. It's everything."
"Dr. Matthew Jaycox is highly intelligent, competent and skilled. More than that, he is compassionate, kind l, and always professional. I have been very nervous and scared of the procedures related to my diagnosis. He has always made sure that I am sedated and that I don't feel a thing. I trust him and the team at Rush Pain Management and Rush Oak Brook Surgery Center. The surgery center staff is wonderful, it is run very well, and kept very clean and sanitary. Everyone from check-in, registration, anesthesiology and nursing has been wonderful. I'm not sure what's in store for me physically, but I know that I am in excellent hands with Dr. Jaycox. You will be too. I'm an RN, and I don't say this lightly. It's an excellent team!"
"Dr.Jaycox is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He spends time with you and listens to what you have to say and does not just brush you off. He explains so you understand. He is very caring and has a great bedside manor. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a pain specialist, you definitely will not be disappointed."
"Not sure what I would do without Dr Jaycox on my care team. His knowledge and professionalism is beyond compare especially as it pertains to supporting me with my chronic, complex conditions. He is always very busy in clinic but he always makes me feel heard and seen which I really appreciate."
"I have been with Dr. Jaycox for at least 7 years. I suffer from chronic back pain. He has tried at least 10 procedures to reduce the pain. Nothing worked but I know he has tried his best. He has me on Norco but without it, I could not live alone. Recently he's done a procedure on my knee that has given me some relief. He not done with working on my knee, which is better than a knee replacement."
