"The staff were friendly, but the office was far from a traditional, professional medical environment. The space felt cheap and poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect. It desperately needed a thorough cleaning. In the exam room, the conditions were especially concerning--stains on the walls (which I can only hope were coffee), visible dirt throughout, and most alarming, a syringe needle (thankfully capped) left on the floor. From the moment I walked in, I considered leaving, but worried about being charged as a "no show." While the provider ultimately gave me the exact diagnosis and recommendation I expected, it was difficult to place trust in the care given the overall lack of cleanliness. My appointment lasted nearly two hours from check-in to leaving--much longer than anticipated. I'm fine with waiting, but in such an unclean environment, the delay only made the experience worse.
