"I had 2 different appointments with Evidence Physical Therapy. I did both pre-and post surgery therapy sessions. I must say without hesitation the therapy was extremely successful in accelerating my recovery from knee surgery. My therapist was Dr. Hetvi Shah she was absolutely amazing. She was thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Her demeanor always professional but caring and friendly. Her PT techniques were unique and very effective. I will always use Evidence Physical Therapy for my PT needs. I have already referred family members and highly recommended this facility on Baltimore Avenue in Laurel. The other Physical Therapy assistants Layla Reeves and Kobe Campbell were caring, respectful and knowledgeable. The front desk and other staff are also caring and respectful. The facility is clean and the machines are well maintained. Without hesitation the Physical Therapist, physical therapist assistants and the clerical staff, as well as the facility have EARNED my 5 STARS rating overwhelmingly. Thank you Evidence Physical Therapy."

"I had an amazing experience at Evidence Physical Therapy after my hip replacement two months ago. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. My physical therapist, Hetvi, and the entire staff were friendly, encouraging, and motivating--even on tough days. I always felt better after each session and feel confident about returning to an active lifestyle. I highly recommend Evidence Physical Therapy!"

"I can't say enough good things about my experience at Evidence Physical Therapy. I've been a patient there for a few months and it is the best. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported from Reception and Administrative Team. The entire team is caring and professional, and the atmosphere is always positive. My therapists, Dr. Emmanuel, Hetvi, and Dr. ChiChi, and their Assistant PT's are absolutely wonderful -- very skilled, attentive, and encouraging. They took the time to understand my specific needs, explained every step of the process, and tailored exercises that really made a difference in my shoulder replacement surgery recovery process. Thanks to their guidance, I've regained strength and mobility I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend Evidence Therapy to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy care! Thank you!!"

"I went to Evidence therapy following a car accident in which I hurt my hip and suffered a concussion. From the minute I walked in there I felt very comfortable. The physical therapist Hetvi and assistant Coby were amazing. They were very friendly and made the process enjoyable. When I started therapy I couldn't walk any distance without pain. After therapy I'm able to walk without pain. The concussion took a while but the exercises really helped with the headaches. I highly recommend Evidence!"

"Very professional staff. Felt very comfortable in my rehab at the Laurel facility. Very knowledgeable in physical therapy. Was able to answer all my concerns. My rehab went smoothly and I progressed fast. Very clean facility. And, I loved the constant communication during my rehab. The phone reminders about appointments was very helpful for me. Physical Therapist Hetvi Chi Chi and PT assistants Techs Layla and Kobe are great. And special thanks to Front Desk Heyirs. I hope to not need their service again, but if I do have to rehab again, I will surely see you again. Best!!!"

"Very friendly staff. They're on top of everything! Dr. Moses is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He works well with my hypermobility (hEDS). Thru his knowledge and expertise, on my first visit, he immediately noted the cause of my leg length discrepancy, which none of my many doctors including a top orthopedic surgeon in the area picked up on with their specialized x-ray readings. The facility is very clean and modern with the latest machines available. I'm moving all my therapy needs to Evidence Physical Therapy. Highly recommended!"

"On Friday, September 5th, I underwent meniscus surgery on my left knee, and by Tuesday, September 9th, I commenced my rehabilitation at Evidence. Hetvi Shah is my physical therapist, and she has been nothing short of remarkable. In fact, the entire staff at the Laurel location has been exceptional. I have been participating in physical therapy for two and a half months now, and I am pleased to announce that today marks my official last day of therapy. I began my journey attending sessions three times a week, and I initially dreaded going to therapy. I frequently asked Hetvi if I would ever be able to walk normally again, as I had been limping for an extended period. She reassured me, saying, "Yes, you will; it will just take some time. Do not rush it." She also reminded me, "Ms. Dixon, you must perform your home exercises when you are not here." I often let her advice go in one ear and out the other. Who wants to do "childish" exercises? However, I soon realized that she truly understood what she was talking about, and why wouldn't she? She is the physical therapist. One significant lesson I learned from this experience is that physical therapy is not solely about repairing what is broken; it is also about aligning your mindset. For instance, after tearing my meniscus while ascending a flight of stairs, I developed a fear of using stairs. I would ascend one step at a time, avoiding my left leg (the injured leg) and relying solely on my right side until Hetvi encouraged me to walk up and down the stairs, compelling me to use my left leg moving forward. That was the breakthrough I needed. Once I finally accepted that my leg would not fail me, I felt confident and even began to enjoy attending therapy. Then there is my friend Kobie, who works as a physical therapist assistant. Let us just say that we share a "love-hate relationship." Kobe is the individual who guided me through many of my activities while Helvi observed and evaluated. Kobe is truly one of the exceptional ones. I managed to move past his constant instructions, regardless of my willingness to comply, and we discovered a mutual connection: North Carolina. We both attended college in North Carolina, and our institutions were merely minutes apart from each other. I can now say that Kobe feels like a "little brother" to me. He can be quite irritating at times, but overall, he is knowledgeable about his profession and excels at it. Although today marks my final day, I will return in January to check if you have successfully passed your exam and become a fully licensed "physical therapist." In conclusion, both Hetvi and Kobe have become like family to me. We share laughter, jokes, conversations, and enjoy each other's company, even though I am the only one putting in the effort (ha, ha). If you are seeking a place to heal, both mentally and physically, then Evidence is the ideal location. Come visit my friends Hetvi and Kobe; I assure you, you will NOT REGRET IT!!! I certainly do not. Although today is my last day, it is a bittersweet moment as I never anticipated this day would arrive. Physical therapy requires hard work, but if you commit to the process, I can guarantee that you will return stronger than ever. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Hetvi and Kobe for all that you have done for me. I will NEVER forget your kindness!!!!"
