"I've been with Dr. Liu & his staff for years now. I recently had a procedure. Wei is adorable, so professional. Wade is the most gentle Anesthesiologist I've ever known. Excellent! With my appointments was very pleased of how excellent & diligent their safety plan & care of patients & staff is. I felt so well cared for, & all done with kindness. Lee, the Office Manager is very caring & thorough with all. Gigi & the girls are great too. Highly recommendable office. Thanks so much!!!!"

"When his practice was fairly new, I saw him with back pains 15 years ago and was given pain relief by a targeted injection, which lasted for several years. He seemed very knowledgeable and personally attentive. With that experience in mind I returned to see him for neck and shoulder pains. Since then his practice has grown significantly, but now he has PAs take his appointments and they seem offended if you want to see him. You are put back in the waiting room and left for u to 2 hours after having paid a $40 co- pay, and with no other patient in the waiting room. After 2 hours I simply left."

"The professionals at this location, such as Dr.'s and NP's, are pleasant and respectful but as far as receptionist/staff they are far from it. When asking a question they act as if you're bothering them and one has actually hung up the phone on me after I said I was in pain and needed an appointment. In response to my hasty manner of trying to get assistance, also adding that I called two days prior and being told someone will call me back and they never did, I was given a response of me being disrespectful. After apologizing and not meaning my tone in that way, remind you I was in great pain, the woman by the name of Diane or Denise hung up on me. I wish I did not need their services. I recommend no one go here if they don't have to."
