"I had a scheduled follow-up with dr. Hatcher after he sent me for lower back x-rays. I've been in excruciating pain and had hoped for some relief finally. After fighting traffic, paying for parking and arriving to his office...he decided to take the day off and failed to notify me. When the receptionist put him on the phone, he wasn't even apologetic. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My recommendation is to find a reliable Doctor who will not leave you hanging."

I pay out of pocket every time and it is incredibly worth it to me. I now thrush no one else to take care of my spine."
