Testimonials

Christi Smith

"My experience has been nothing short of amazing. While my recovery relies on my willingness and commitment the staff does an incredible job supporting and encouraging not only me but others who have been going through the same process. I have watched the entire staff at S Randall ATI greet everyone on a first name basis and always check in. I am highly considering the step-down program to continue my journey.. Thank ATI and its entire team.. Christi"

Hillary Ortega

"I had a great experience here. The team helped me tremendously by truly listening to my issues and concerns. They provide quality care and demonstrate skill, engagement, and strong teamwork throughout the entire process. They are truly great, amazing people who genuinely care about those they serve."

Amanda Williams

"During my recent attempt today to schedule a physical therapy appointment, I had an interaction with a staff member that was unexpectedly negative and discouraging. The representative communicated in a very short and abrupt manner, repeatedly cutting off my attempts to explain my situation and insisting on yes-or-no answers only, without allowing for necessary clarification. As a patient preparing for physical therapy following a medical procedure, this experience added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process. Patients in recovery often need a supportive, patient, and understanding approach, and unfortunately this interaction did not reflect that standard. I would strongly encourage additional training in patient communication and empathy to ensure a more welcoming and supportive experience for future patients."

Jessica Martinez

"I started physical therapy for back pain a couple months ago. I've made good progress since. The therapist there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The overall environment is welcoming, positive, and motivating !"

Amelia M

"The staff is really kind and nice! My back has gotten better since I started physical therapy at ATI! The therapists are really friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to! Best physical therapy!"

John Rosso

"I was told because I have not met my deductible that each visit would be $50 based on the plan they have. After approx. 10 visits over 6 weeks, I get a bill for over $260. In addition, the service they provide if more about stretching and other exercises to take up the full hour vs addressing the problem"

Jan Curtis

"ATI offers top notch caring staff, motivating patients to achieve therapy goals in a pleasant caring atmosphere."
