"Dr.Shah is very sharp, he's a Diplomat and you can tell he knows his stuff. Same with doctor Berkowitz. Now if the rest of the staff could just manage to call me by my preferred first or given last name as I have requested at least 4 times now, I'd be more than happy to give them 5 stars. You know you would think that a staff full of people that work with doctors with three and four syllable last names largely could manage to pronounce a one syllable last name or a two syllable first name. They don't give me this courtesy though and it actually makes me dread walking in there knowing that as a grown adult I can't get these people to call me by my last name even when I asked them to."
