"I was sent a bill for almost almost $200 after insurance for someone to tell me "there's nothing we can do and deny my request for an MRI." I was given braces that don't fit and told PRP injections (out of pocket service through his own practice) might be an option down the line. That was it. The braces cost over $100 after insurance, and they are the wrong size because they only measured my kneecap, not my thigh. The office doesn't accept returns unless there's a defect, so I'm stuck with expensive braces I can't use because they weren't properly measured. They barely took notes during the visit. The patient care summary in my portal says "none" for discussion notes, none for imaging despite having an ultrasound and x-ray, and no follow-up plan. I wasn't even referred to PT. I had to contact the office several times to get detail on the imaging provided. I left with less money, ill-fitting braces, and no real help. I don't think my issue was taken seriously at all. Take this as a sign. Look elsewhere, please."
