"This place feels like working out with family. The providers are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. There is an online portal that gives you points for doing your exercises. There is a giant cherry blossom in front of the office and the treadmill/ bikes face it. It is gorgeous. Edit months later: I have chronic illnesses that makes it painful to move certain joints. These guys are wonderful. I eventually identified the trigger for my auto-immune illness and was able "ring the bell". But for about 5 months, this office helped me keep things moving. I was able to maintain my ability to care for myself and my kids more because of the strength training they gave me. Wish I could give 6 stars. Even months after my recovery and graduation, I use their workout routines. Bed bugs for life. "

"This place is amazing! I am 68 years old and through my years I have had PT at about 8-10 places for various reasons. I have never had so much individual attention as I have received at Synergy in Motion. I am a runner and unfortunately I experienced a nagging hip injury which has set me back. However, today I ran 19 miles (preparing for a marathon) and this would not have been possible without Synergy in Motion. Other places tend to show you exercises and then go onto to the next person while you do your repetitions alone. But the staff at Synergy in Motion stays with you and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly, offering suggestions which help you do the exercise more efficiently. Also, they email you videos of the exercises so that you can make sure you do them correctly at home. They are personable, fun, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!"

"Can't appreciate this place enough for the recovery in my shoulder! As a younger 25 year old guy, fitness is very important to me and seeing I was having problems with my shoulder was just killing me mentally. I wanted to keep playing sports but I couldn't with the state my shoulder was in Synergy was the one place that had availability for me, and they surpassed my expectations by a lot over these past two months. Romer, Marie, and Brendan (the PTs) are best of the best. Romer's (the owner) truly phenomenal in his knowledge of the smaller muscles and how to work them gradually. They have this electro simulator therapy that's worked wonders too for me, among other specialized treatments. Truly great physical therapy spot, I couldn't be happier with the growth in strength I've been experiencing! Definitely will be coming back if I have any problems in the future. I rarely write reviews but this is the kind of business I'd hope thrives."
