"My mother made an appt, and still had to wait 2 hours and still didn't get to see this doctor. She asked the front desk why she is still waiting, and they told her the people who were older than 90 years old must go first even though she was there before them. WTH!! If you are letting people who are 90 years old and over go first, then you should just only accept patients who are 90 years old and over. This isn't right and shouldn't waste people's time like this! Even hospitals don't prioritize people like this! If you are not 90 years old or older, don't come to this doctor."

"Terrible front end staff. Appointment was confirmed. We show up on time. We checked in. Waited 1 hour. We went up to see why we were still waiting. The staff then tell us our insurance did not approve the visit yet! This was even after they confirmed our appointment yesterday. Office is very disorganized."
